RETURNS POLICY
“Nikki’s Best Things” will accept ALL returns within 7 business days of you receiving your package. Please be advised that we WILL NOT accept any worn, damaged, or altered merchandise.
Package your return and ship it to the address provided on your invoice. The return address can also be found below. We do not cover return shipping costs. Please contact us via email at nikkisbestthings@gmail.com to notify us of the issue first. We will not accept any items without contact before returning. Once the package reaches our facility and is inspected by our personnel we will then determine the best way to take care of the matter. After the process is complete please allow us 24 hrs to provide you with a personal discount code via email that can be used as a line of credit for your next purchase. Original shipping costs will be excluded in the return process. The amount of the return will be included in the email. The amount for the credit only includes the price of the item NOT SHIPPING COST. There are *NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT*.

DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW US 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm CST.
Please be aware that orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will NOT be shipped until the following business day. Be sure to allow 48 hours upon the completion of your payment to begin looking for shipping confirmations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. After a shipping professional has scanned your package you will begin to see tracking information.
Please be advised that we do not process orders on Holidays. All orders placed on Holidays will be processed the next business day with the exception of a holiday falling on a Thursday such as Thanksgiving with the following Friday also being a Holiday. When a Holiday falls on a Monday your order will be processed the next day. If a Holiday falls on a Thursday your order will ship on the following Monday. Also, please be aware that shipping carriers are usually backed up during the Holidays so shipping may be delayed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take up to 6-15 business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. “Nikki’s Best Things” can not predict any of these fees. “Nikki’s Best Things” will not be responsible for any fees accrued once your package reaches the country of the destination/customs. For more information regarding these extra fees please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused upon arrival will be charged the original shipping/return shipping fees or may be subject to become a total loss.
“Nikki’s Best Things” is NOT responsible for stolen packages once the package has left the facility and in the hands of the shipping carrier.
